A 104 cm polished wood katana inspired by Yubashiri, the black-and-gold sword Roronoa Zoro used in the early One Piece arcs. It is made to be shown, worn with a costume or gifted, not swung at anything.
How is this one different?
We stock two Yubashiri replicas. This one has a bright gold square guard, a gold band on the handle, and a black sheath with a gold middle band and a gold cord fitting. The other has a plain black sheath with no middle band.
What is it made of?
Polished wood. The close-ups show a black cord-wrapped handle with a gold pommel and pin, and a silver blade with a painted black wave line along its spine.
How big is it?
104 cm from pommel to tip, the length of a full-size katana. The measured photo in the gallery marks it end to end.
Where is it from?
Zoro picked up Yubashiri in Loguetown along with Sandai Kitetsu. It stayed at his side through Arabasta and Skypiea, until it was lost in the Enies Lobby arc.
How do I care for it?
Keep it indoors and dry. Damp walls and hours of strong sun are what fade paint and warp wood, so pick a shaded spot. A soft dry cloth is all the cleaning it needs. Slide it back into the sheath when it is off display.
