No. We currently ship only within India.

Q5. Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. We use secure payment gateways and SSL encryption to protect your data. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Q6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, COD is not available. We only accept online payments.
3. Shipping & Delivery Questions
Q7. What is your shipping policy?
- Shipping within India only
- Free shipping for orders ₹599 and above
- ₹59 shipping charge for orders below ₹599
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon-Sat)
- Delivery time: 2–7 business days (Mon-Sat) after dispatch
- Total delivery time: 3–7 business days (Mon-Sat)
- Order cut-off time: 5 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata)
Q8. How can I track my order?
Tracking details are shared within 24 hours of dispatch via email/SMS and also available in your account dashboard.
Q9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, only within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, address change is not possible.
Q10. What happens if the delivery fails?
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-dispatch charges may apply.
4. Return & Refund Questions
Q11. What is your return window?
You can request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving the product.
Q12. Do you offer exchanges?
No. We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order.
Q13. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping charges depend on the reason:
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect: return shipping is free
- If the return is due to buyer’s choice (change of mind): return shipping is paid by the customer
Q14. How long does the refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days (Mon-Sat) after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Q15. What if the product is damaged or missing?
Please report damaged, defective, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will initiate a replacement or refund.
5. Cancellation Questions
Q16. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Q17. When will I get my refund after cancellation?
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed according to our refund policy and may take up to 7 business days.

Yes. All Products sold by Slick Store are brand new and authentic unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is generated for every order and sent via email or included in the package.
