A 104 cm wooden katana inspired by Hyorinmaru, the zanpakuto of Captain Toshiro Hitsugaya in Bleach. The blade is bamboo and the piece is made for display and cosplay.
What is it made of?
Bamboo for the blade and plastic for the handle. The photos show an ice-blue handle wrap over white diamonds, a gold pommel, and a gold four-point cross guard. The blade is plain silver. The black sheath has gold caps and a light blue cord tied near the mouth.
Where is it from?
Hyorinmaru is known as the strongest ice-type zanpakuto in Soul Society, and its spirit takes the form of a great ice dragon. Toshiro, captain of the 10th Division, wears it across his back rather than at the hip, because the sword is long for his height.
How do I display it?
A white or pale grey wall brings out the blue wrap. For cosplay, a back strap or back mount matches the way Toshiro carries it.
How big is it?
104 cm overall. See the measured photo in the gallery for the full length marked.
