Where is it from?

Sasuke's Kusanagi is a straight blade with no guard, the sword he carries through Shippuden. He is known for running Chidori through it, turning a plain-looking sword into a lightning strike.

Which colour should I pick?

The black version has a black grip and black scabbard with the crest in red and white. The white version flips it: white grip and scabbard with black stripe panels and the same crest. Both share the dark blade.
